Build visual databases that are as easy to use as spreadsheets with Airtable—then turn them into code-free apps with forms to add data and flexible views.
“It cuts down on any kind of back and forth by making sure that all of the information ... is there from the very start.”
We pay $48/month to have two users with edit access at the Pro level (that is monthly pricing, not annual). At one point, other contributors were invited and every one joined as a billable contributor. Once I realized the bill had ballooned, I set the others to Read-Only so we wouldn't have to pay for them. (Tip: there is a way to generate invite links that specify the contributor level, to avoid this situation.)
Our team has used Airtable to essentially replace Trello for managing an editorial workflow, but would love to see any more full-featured apps others have built in Airtable.
I can't seem to type functions into cells in Airtable—they just show as plain text instead of performing the function as in Excel.
Would like to move our team's spreadsheets from Google Sheets into Airtable.
