How much are you paying for Atrium?

They quoted two different models.

Early stage pricing ($500/mo): You receive unlimited advising and will pay a la carte for any tangible legal needs. Your point of contact is an attorney with 2-3 years of experience and they manage over 30 clients.

Atrium Counsel ($2,000/mo): You receive unlimited advising and also more value. Your point of contact is an attorney with over 4-5 years of experience and they only handle 10-15 clients at a time.

We pay $2000/mo for Atrium for general corporate counsel (simple contracts, NDAs, employee CIAAs, general consultation on basic questions, etc.). If we ever ask for something a little outside this box, they'll quote us a per project fee -- this varies a lot. We've paid $300 for consultations on HR / labor laws, or up to $2000 for larger MSA drafts and up from there for help with financing. The financing costs are inline with market, but it's very hard to tell if the pricing for projects is reasonable because Atrium refuses to price per hour. The basic package seems reasonable, but again it's very hard to tell and it's clear most of the work is farmed out to paralegals.
