In short, it's a decent option if you're trying to keep things simple and on a single platform (Salesforce) as other business processes. However any AI/ML solution uses a particular algorithm and has different training methods, so depending on what you're looking to do it may suffice or you may need to use a more specialized toolset. AWS and GCP, for example allow a high degree of customization but you'll need people who know their way around.
