Anyone used "day batching" before, successfully? I'm intrigued.

Would be useful if you would add to the description more than the link to the article.

Have not tried DayBatching so thanks for sharing. I am interested in giving it a try.
All the best 👋

Sorry about that, I was playing with the "share a link" option, but prob should have just posted a regular post with the link inside it. Thanks! I may give daybatching a whirl too.

@rhogroupee Yeah would love to hear how it goes if you end up giving daybatching a shot. Are you currently using any similar system to organize your tasks?

I'm currently doing loose time-batching (like, do content creation for an hour, or 45 mins of email replies). The nature of my job won't let me do total daybatching but I'm thinking I could modify it and "daybatch" my discretionary time (like work on personal podcast on Mondays, fiction writing on Thursdays, etc.). I'll come back and report how that goes lol.

Yup same. When I was a full-time writer, it was far easier to batch work and say, ok, Wednesdays are for writing (for example). Much more difficult now, though I do find I'm able to carve out say an afternoon with no meetings and make that be the focus time ... until other things come up!

How do you find new software to use?

The market is bursting with new software, a lot of new products are launching every day. A few months ago I posted on Capiche about my SaaS idea. Your feedback is priceless and helped us to change...
