Has anyone have experience with user.com. They are a support/chatbot, CRM, email marketing & automation platform.
Our SaaS service was looking for a competitor to Intercom (which honestly is the best in this business), which is almost unaffordable as their charges may run close to $1000/mo.
We shortlisted Crisp, Freshdesk/FreshChat & Gist along with user.com. Among these competitors, user.com UX seemed to be better than others. user.com costlier than the competition but our startup's business model is focused on enterprises, and we may be able to bear the cost.
I would like to know if anyone has used their services? Alternatively, what are other opinions available in the market that has a similar span of services?
A client of mine uses GoSquared, although I personally prefer crisp.chat (unlimited everything for a fixed monthly price).
My only quibble is that they aren't the best with marketing automation. You are a bit limited in the kind of rules you can apply.
Check out Kustomer - we don't do marketing automation but support CRM & chat are absolutely what we do.
