Yes, but it didn't stick well for devs/technical teams or those involved in incident response.
Executives and business leaders are more comfortable in Teams from my experience so we typically use a blend of the two: Paid Teams through O365 and free Slack hooked up to paid Zoom.

IMO Slack works really well and the teams are accustomed to the culture of Slack. From my seat, notifications aren't as good in Teams and therefore you see slower responses and less engagement.
