Do you pay all at once, or pay with their annual discount each month?
GitHub offers annual plans—though strangely, they're typically the same price as monthly plans. The only difference is that you pay once per year for the plan in advance. When you subscribe to a paid GitHub plan, you can choose between monthly and annual plans, and see the total based on your team size before paying.
CRMs are filled with features, but which are most valuable in practice. Pricing lacks transparency.
