Kanban's great for managing the stage tasks are in, but we're having trouble getting the big picture of when work will be finished in Jira. Is there a way to visualize your Jira issue workflow in a Gantt Chart?
Jira does not include a Gantt chart, or any other way to organize tasks in a calendar or timeline by default. Instead, as for many other features, Jira relies on Jira apps, or add-ons you can install into Jira.
Do note that you need to be a Jira admin to install apps in your Jira account—so if you're not an admin, you may need to find the Jira app you think would fit your team's needs and share it with an admin so they can install it for you.
Especially for personal to-dos and tasks that you need to accomplish outside of your team, what is your favorite app and tricks for getting the most out of it?
