Trello includes only the core kanban board features by default. For everything else, you need to add Power-ups, add-ons from the board's menu.
Free boards get one power-up; paid boards get unlimited power-ups.
If you need custom fields, open the Power-ups menu, search for "custom fields", and add it to your board. Each card in your board will then have a new Custom Fields menu. Click that to add new custom fields and manage each of the fields you've added already.
