Every Asana list—including your My Tasks list, and each list in teams and projects—has an option to export your tasks from each list as a
.csv spreadsheet file.
Open the list you want to export, click the drop-down arrow beside the list name, then select Export -> CSV to download a spreadsheet of every task in that list.
You can't export all of your lists at once, though, so you'll need to export each list individually.

Along with the addition of this feature, they changed the Markdown functionality to render formatting in-line.
