We've got Typeform integrated with HubSpot, so we can write the responses for each question directly into a property field, and then use that in email templates and pretty much anywhere else you can use a customisation token. We've also taken those tokens all the way through to Pandadoc for proposals. Are there other tools you own that could do the same thing?

Typeform shows each form response you get in its Results tab, which is an easy way to read through everything people have submitted to your form. It's not so easy to sort by response, though, since it shows each response individually instead of in a table view.

So instead, in the Results view, click the Download all responses button to download all of the responses. You can choose a .csv or a .xlsx Excel file, and open it in your spreadsheet app. Then if you have an app to build template documents from a .csv file, you can import the spreadsheet. With Microsoft Office, you can make a template document in Word, then open the Typeform export spreadsheet in Excel and merge it with the Word template to produce documents.

Another option would be to use Typeform's built-in integrations or automation tools like Zapier to copy each new form entry and add them to the app you want, including something like WebMerge if you want to build template documents.
