Hey guys, first post here. As part of my work, I have to deal with and respond to a lot of incoming messages from different chats: Linkedin/WhatsApp/Signal/IG. I try to use Unreads/Archive features to manage this but it's still a huge pain because sometimes I have to wait for my colleagues to answer a question, before I can respond. There's a bunch of things that I hate about my process now:
I'm looking to build something to solve my problem. But I wanted to ask if anybody else here has a solution I'm not aware of before trying that. Also wanted to hear from others on complaints you have about using any chat platform for work purposes
Cheers
texts.com IS LOVE!
It's kinda like Superhuman for messaging!
@jai texts.com looks exciting if anyone can send me an invite I would be grateful thanks
Drop me your email?
I'll check it out. What do you like about texts.com?
I love how you can actually get done "archive" conversations and how everything is just in one place... It just gels so well... Plus, you can undo send and all these other things.
Drop me a message for an invite?
Looks amazing. Can you send me one? Danjsitt@gmail.com
@Jai, I realized there is no direct message feature in Capiche. Could you send an invite to gwapuboy@hotmail.com as well?
@Jai can I get one too? sanjukt@icloud.com
texts.com is the easiest way to manage this
What do you like about texts.com?
I've split my messaging workflow with personal messages mostly in Whatsapp and professional messages in Telegram
In my previous company we used Zendesk to manage communications from multiple channels. I think it solves some of your issues.
If i remember correctly, it has:
- Sorting options
- Assignment to different people
- Collaboration around messages, you can tag colleagues with internal memos
- Macros & automations
- More???
However i'm not sure how many social platforms it supports.
wow..., does anyone have a http://Texts.com invite?
I have one invite available. Feel free to reach out
