I have some Zaps on a personal account that I'd like to get on our team account. Is there any way to move them?
If your company has a Zapier for Teams or Zapier Company account, you can move any Zap to your team account to share it with others. Your team members could then copy your shared Zaps to use on their own, if they want. To do that, click the menu on the side of your Zap, select Move to Folder, then select to move the Zap to a team folder.
If you have an individual Zapier account, though, there's no way to move Zaps to a new account. The best option is to re-build the Zaps—perhaps log into each Zapier account in different browsers side-by-side, open the old Zap in one and recreate it in the new Zapier account in the other.
Another trick: If you're using a simple, two-step Zap, you may find a template for it in Zapier's app directory. Search for the app you're using, then search for the second app you're using, and click any templates that show up.
Especially for personal to-dos and tasks that you need to accomplish outside of your team, what is your favorite app and tricks for getting the most out of it?
