How long did it take to implement Salesforce in your company?

Did you need any consulting or assistance in setting it up?

We implemented in a few weeks and had some initial help from SF consultants.

Deploying SalesForce is easy, the hard part is making it fit your processes, or decide that the standard processes are good enough for your organization .
We wanted to run our sales pipeline management from Salesforce CRM and it took some tweaking to get it right.
Next up is the adoption challenge. If you are coming from spreadsheet chaos, it takes discipline to move to a more organized and rigid process.
The bottom line is that your benefit is only as good as your effort.
