As our team has expanded we have kept Freshdesk costs low be providing general staff with 1 login. Only support staff are provided with full access, this helped to reduce the growing day pass costs for occasional agents.

Blossom plan: $152, 8 full time agents

Their original quote was $30/user/month.
We needed a license for up to 100 users on the support team, and got the pricing down to $16/user/month with custom integrations.

We negotiated a 20% discount on the yearly contract with Freshdesk.

We paid the standard list price, but we were really early customers so I think for our team of 5 we paid a total of $80/mo.

$100/mo for 4 agent seats. Previously negotiated a deal for annual (don't remember the details) but they wouldn't do a deal for month to month.

We currently pay $35 per agent per month. We combined with a Fresh chat subscription and they offered a ~10% discount on the combined subscription.

Going yearly will result in higher discounts.

They are able to start negotiating at ~25 agents+
