We are a 3 team people we pay 5€/month/person for only email. The best thing is to have 100Gb of email.
We have 1000 O365 E3 licenses and are paying the nonprofit price of $5 per user per month / $60 per user per year. E1 licenses are free for nonprofits. Price is the same whether we purchase direct from Microsoft or through a reseller, and we have not found that CSP services offer any added value for O365 (and sometimes they charge more).

Having to spend £3 a month for an exchange account per email address despite some email addresses not being useable accounts. I had to use a Business subscription to activate the Exchange license system.
