We have 1000 O365 E3 licenses and are paying the nonprofit price of $5 per user per month / $60 per user per year. E1 licenses are free for nonprofits. Price is the same whether we purchase direct from Microsoft or through a reseller, and we have not found that CSP services offer any added value for O365 (and sometimes they charge more).

£30ish a month and fluctuates, for 2 subscriptions—one home, and one business—along with 2 exchange licenses for 3 email addresses. Having to spend £3 a month for an exchange account per email address despite some email addresses not being useable accounts. I had to use a Business subscription to activate the Exchange license system.
