We use the $250/month Team Plan. But as far as I can tell, it would be easy to use the Professional Plus plan ($125/month) even if you had 3+ team members.

We are on Zapier Teams, $114.58/mo on annual plan ($1375/year). I asked multiple times for better pricing plans but there aren't any available.

How long ago? Their pricing has more than doubled in the last year. And they aren't budging for any discounts or grandfathering old plans.

Our team of ten is on Zapier's Professoinal Plan at $62.50/mo, and we rely on it to reduce costs on other software platforms.

It's helped us avoid paying for dashboard software, using Zaps to build databases in Google Sheets that we can pipe into charts or Google Data Studio. We can pipe customer reviews and comments into Airtable to analyze, avoiding expensive 'product insights' software.

We're very religious about trimming the fat in Zapier so we can stay under the limits of our plan, too. Often we'll remove a Zap in the interest of a multi-step Zap, or we'll trim on that just isn't powering something really useful.

We got an annual plan at $50/month billed annually.
The entire company, 4 departments, shares the same account.

How many tasks per month? Because they've changed it drastically.

They said they don't have a startup discount, so we're paying $50/month for a Zapier Professional plan.

$20 per month. They limit the zaps you can make.

We are still using the free plan and haven't yet moved to paid. Because we are based in China, there are few Zapier alternatives that work cross-border for us.

Zapier has a free plan via limited features for who anyone can automate their work. Their starter pack is 20$/month but billed annually or 25$/month if you want to pay month-to-month. Their plans are up to 125$/month if you are planning to add some additional features to your pack.

I wasn't able to negotiate with Zapier to get one user with one integration with multiple steps; best price was $15/user/month.

On the Zapier starter plan for $20/mo with 2000 tasks/mo. They now only include 750 tasks for that same price. They won't let me upgrade at the same rate per task.

We're paying $239.88 yearly on the Starter plan. It comes at about $19.99 per month if paid yearly (vs $24.99).

We're on a Legacy plan:
$50 per month, billed annually

50 Zaps
5min update time, and "Everything in Professional" as of this post.

We get the their standard non-profit discount of 15% which brings our annual bill to $510.
