Does anyone have a good resource that explains best practices to do this? Our team isn't planning to spam the universe, we just want to make a stronger effort to send outbound emails without risking our deliverability. I've been told the best way to do this is to set up a separate domain and run outbound sales emails from that domain - is that still best practice or is there another way?
