What would make your team's chat experience more productive, or make Slack a better tool for your conversations? Share the ideas you'd love to see in Slack.
Slack feature request - Team navigator.
Allow you to navigate the teams and people at your company in some structured way. I want this all the time.
Would also be helpful for future channel visibility etc..
I have only one feature request for @SlackHQ
Show me a list of all the notifications I received, so when I read them on my commute and don't answer I can go back to it when I get on my laptop.
/remind does the job when I remember to use it😆
@SlackHQ feature request: alert when available?!
@SlackHQ feature request: channel browsing history, or channel activity history in sequence. You saw something important but had to click on something more important but forgot the channel, or maybe even the workspace.
@SlackHQ I really wish there were an option for users to provide their own audio files, like "person-saying-the-name-of-this-slack-org.wav"
@SlackHQ Dear Slack friends, is it possible to use the compact layout theme in the Android app? I can't find the option and the documentation is inconclusive.
Hey @SlackHQ I'm loving the new text formatting bar that's rolling out but when are you guys gonna enable nested lists? The people want organized outlines in Slack!
@SlackHQ Feature request: It would be great if anytime a public channel is created, an announcement is automatically added to general.
Dear @SlackHQ, can we have this?
@SlackHQ Asking for a friend:
Is there a way for Slack to order channels by last channel activity? @microsoft #teams has this. Wondering if Slack has a setting somewhere?
With a global team, sometimes you think of something to tell someone else—but you don't want to disturb them if they're in a different timezone and sleeping, and yet know that you'll forget to send the message later if you don't write it now.
It'd be awesome if Slack had a way to let you enter messages as normal but set them to only actually send to the person mentioned at 8AM their time (or whatever time you set). That'd also be handy for scheduled announcements and such, as Buffer offers for social media or Mailchimp and other email newsletters offer for email announcements...
