As a mac environment, we've struggled with the EPP providers out there - the majority of which are mac as an after thought, if at all. Coupled with this, zero day support of macs is generally very low - together with the risk of locking my user's machines when new OS updates are installed.

On recommendation of some trusted parties, we're leaning strongly towards SentinelOne for EDR, though we've been told good things about the features (but not the support of) Carbon Black Response specifically.

We're hoping that in time Jamf Protect with their Apple native architecture will be a good replacement for CBr.
