The ability to collaborate with team easily as well as the onedrive space made us choose Office 365. Having the latest updates is a bonus.

Are you using Microsoft Teams to collaborate, or just using the Office apps' built in sharing tools?

We mostly use the office apps' directly to collaborate. We use Teams for calls.

We usually use the latest Office version anyhow, so we upgrade quite often. Additionally Office 365 adds some nice features like Onedrive Space and Teams.

Innovation of the product, aka de service 'Office' I used the service offering as a part of the Microsoft Partner Network Action Pack offering. IMHO the cheapest way to start a small consulting shop with 5 users, tons other software and $100 Azure consumption.

Office 365 is always up-to-date software whereas a one-time purchase of Office will become out-of-date quickly
