The tool I've used the longest for managing social media is Buffer—and I've used it on a number of remote teams. You can add team members to help manage social accounts, and together build a queue of things to post. It's great for scheduling social media campaigns in advance. And it's super easy to use. Only thing I really wish it had was a way to schedule Tweet threads.
One social media app I'm curious to try is MeetEdgar, which automatically schedules posts by pulling quotes out of your essays for you, and schedules them far into the future to make sure as many people see your content as possible. That could take a lot of the busywork out of social media scheduling.
We’d had an AMA with MeetEdgar founder Laura Roeder recently on Capiche, if you missed it—that got me wanting to try it more. May have to give it a shot next week and let you know how it goes.
Wonder if you could use Zapier or another similar app integration tool to link Confluence either directly to Twitter et al or to a tool like Buffer? Zapier can watch for new Confluence pages, so perhaps if a filter there could let it watch for new pages that have social posts, it could then auto-schedule them for you. Could be worth trying.
Thanks! I had seen Laura's AMA, but forgot to check it out.
We had integrations built with Integromat, but they would often 'break' and have to be reset so we moved on. Might be worth looking at Zapier instead.
I'll give MeetEdgar a go and report back :)
Looking for a better way to plan remote meetings across time zones, and keep up with events. What software is doing that best today?

Thanks! We use Buffer, too. MeetEdgar has been on my "to try" list for a while, so I was wondering if it would come up here.
We use Confluence to plan our posts, which means that there's not direct link between where we draft them and how we schedule them. A tool to automatically recycle posts would be great.
