Support is very poor;
System upgrades performed in the past made backups lost

Backupify has a tendency to follow settings initially provided (e.g. a publicly accessible external file, something shared with the world and indexed) is accessible even when the Backupify bot takes it.

This can lead to downstream security concerns.

Not great uptime. Had issues with infrastructure downtime.
