What one thing do you like least about Basecamp?

The Mac app is really just a web-app. It's quite slow and not really usable when you are offline. That's a major issue for us, but for the above reason we still stick with Basecamp.

It's a bit slow and I hate the fact that you cant switch easily between different BC accounts. It would be amazing if it had something like Slack for switching workspaces.

Can you elaborate on this? Are the search issues a bit like the clunky nature with MSFT Teams? How does the Bcamp search functionality compare to Slack?

Basecamp's invitation system is pretty frustrating, to be honest. In fact, it seems to be optimized a lot for adding people one by one, by hand.

Yes, you can share an invite link, but this only adds them to a specific project, and not to the actual account? Also, everyone who gets added to a project immediately gets added to the automatic recurring check-ins, which means you need to remember to manually go and remove them from receiving the check-in notifications.

What I'd love is the ability to bulk add people by uploading a CSV, and make bulk edit decisions about which projects to add them to, and whether they should be added to the automatic check-ins.
