I liked the Gmail feature to upload files to specific folders on google drive. This isn't possible on Superhuman unless you have a sync'd google drive folder downloaded locally.

The AI triage and prioritization seems like a work in progress - still hit or miss for me.

The iPad application, though decent, could use some serious upgrade to make the workflow closer to the desktop version.

Are you saying you just want it to be free? Or that you wish they charged a different way/amount?

Even though I’m happy to pay the monthly $30 (the software is worth it), I wouldn’t mind a pricing decrease. 😛

The search. I use their method of archiving. But that goes against my ability to store and look up information unless I remember specific details about it.

That it makes me resent most other apps for not being as well designed and a pleasure to use

I am having trouble with the Superhuman browser extension thinking it is offline when it isn't.

I realize it's part of the "simplicity" of the interface, but I dislike not being able to see my folders. It makes me feel as though my emails are disappearing into an abyss. I'm also a very visual learner, and I have three email addresses coming into my one Gmail account, so it would be great if I could somehow color-code all three of the email addresses... Then, Superhuman might be perfection.
