Zapier’s allowed us to build several dozen automation flows between Gmail, Yesware, Clearbit, and Salesforce to streamline contact ingestion and auto-enrichment process so it takes minutes not hours. It also plays nice with our custom web hooks and scripts and allows us to two-way since information between GSuite and our database to allow for team members to work in whichever environment they prefer.
The sheer volume of integrations and the wonderful support team.
The apps built by Zapier (code by zapier, schedule, delay, digest, etc)
Simple, repeatable workflow processes that are logged and can be approached from a no-code standpoint.
I've managed to build a 'software product' that has user profiles, submissions, badges, completing tutorials, adding tools to your profile without code and using Zapier for all the magic.
It saves us hundreds of developer hours, and creates visual flows which enable the rest of my non developer growth and ops teams to build on.
Zapier helps us connect all our tools in a few clicks.
It's super easy to use.
We couldn't work without it.
Zapier is very easy to use and has lots of connectors, so it’s virtually possible to connect all SaaS together
For me the best thing about zapier is that it allows me to pick the best tools for the job and then wire them together. I prefer this strongly over "all in one" tools that do lots of things but nothing very well.
Their leadership. I'm CEO of an early-stage API platform startup and pay close attention to other leaders, leadership styles, etc. Something's just different about the Zapier team and I respect it.
Makes me feel like a hero. Especially love webhook triggers and new code stages that allow more flexibility in the Zap process.
Zapier is amazing! I especially love the Task History interface and how I can filter which tasks have stopped/errored/halted so I can easily replay them on the spot or manually fix them.
We're currently looking at a few alternatives - https://getanalytics.io/ roll your own - https://rudderstack.com/ - https://www.freshpaint.io/ any experience with the above tools, other tools?
