Zapier’s allowed us to build several dozen automation flows between Gmail, Yesware, Clearbit, and Salesforce to streamline contact ingestion and auto-enrichment process so it takes minutes not hours. It also plays nice with our custom web hooks and scripts and allows us to two-way since information between GSuite and our database to allow for team members to work in whichever environment they prefer.

For me the best thing about zapier is that it allows me to pick the best tools for the job and then wire them together. I prefer this strongly over "all in one" tools that do lots of things but nothing very well.

Their leadership. I'm CEO of an early-stage API platform startup and pay close attention to other leaders, leadership styles, etc. Something's just different about the Zapier team and I respect it.

Zapier is amazing! I especially love the Task History interface and how I can filter which tasks have stopped/errored/halted so I can easily replay them on the spot or manually fix them.

The new Zapier task history is pretty nifty too, as it shows which Zap is using the most tasks. That can be a great way to optimize your Zapier usage and see what’s using up your tasks if you want to turn off unnecessary Zaps instead of upgrading your account.
