Xero - not as slick as the marketing makes out but good enough
If you like manual-esque but want some speed improvement: check our http://tillerhq.com. They do automatic transaction importing into google sheets. I built my own personal accounting in google sheets this way.
For my biz I use Xero and have a bookkeeper on staff
I still use custom Google Sheets with autocomplete functions and pre-selectors. I can add features as I need to super quick. Invoices and receipts are stored on Drive and linked directly to from the sheet. I give my accountants access and they do the rest.
I use a combination of YNAB (personal), Quickbooks (ugh, for the ltds), and accountants that are very generous and do some bookkeeping bits they don't charge me for 🙌

Wanted to start a thread of products that are SO differentiated, useful, and loved, that you'd be happy to keep paying at a much higher price point.
