Trying to find the best software to schedule and automate posts to instagram. Ideally would need to include tagging functionality.
Buffer is the tool I've used for scheduling posts, mostly for Twitter but also for Instagram. If you have a business Instagram account, you can schedule posts in advance, including photo or video along with a caption and hashtags. With a personal Instagram account, you can't actually schedule posts as Instagram doesn't allow automated posting from personal accounts, but Buffer still lets you schedule posts and it then sends you a reminder when it's time to post, where you can just tap a button to publish the post, which is a great workaround.
The great thing about Buffer is that it's easy to use and focused solely on scheduling posts, instead of putting every social network feature together in one place. And since it connects to so many networks, it's handy if you want to publish the same thing to, say, Instagram and Twitter separately. It's also free if you don't connect more than 3 accounts.
These are the leading social media management tools. I’d probably avoid Sprout because of their recent IPO - prices will surely increase.
