When I was meeting with non-profit boards, I typically used some combination of the following:
- Pre-read packet -- I've tried different things like Google Docs, Google Slides, and supplemented with digital dashboards; board members like to be able to read and annotate their packets on their tablets so depending on what app they use, I'd send a PDF version, too
- In-meeting deck -- probably Google Slides, PowerPoint or Pitch
- Post-meeting survey -- SurveyMonkey
- Board member evaluations -- also SurveyMonkey
