Question

Who would you like to interview in a Capiche AMA?

Every few weeks, we invite a tech leader to do a Capiche community AMA to learn from founders, CEOs, investors, team leads, and more. So far, we've interviewed Superhuman's Rahul Vahul, Stripe's Patrick McKenzie, Lightspeed's Merci Victoria Grace, Clearbit's Alex Maccaw, and more including most recently MeetEdgar's Laura Roeder.

Who should do a Capiche AMA next? Add the tech leader you'd love to ask questions—and upvote those others suggest who you'd like to hear from as well.

It would nice to see Paul Graham interviewed and share key insight of startups running in a situation like recession and now COVID

Would be super interesting to hear from Eric Yuan, CEO and founder of Zoom, discussing the teams seemingly overnight monopolization of the business video-conferencing space during COVID.

Martin Kõiva, the founder of Klaus. I assume it's not a very well known app, but I think they provide an essential platform for customer support. Helpdesk platforms like Zendesk and Freshdesk give you plenty of data of tickets being processed and customer feedback, but they did give managers any easy way to give direct feedback to their support agents.

Klaus solves that by making internal feedback a team effort and it eliminates the feeling that your manager has been spying on your tickets. I'd love to hear more about how Martin came up with this idea and ask him about other shortcomings he sees is the big helpdesk SaaS tools.

Very cool, Klaus looks fascinating. Reminds me of Chorus.ai or Gong for sales calls—which the latter was what @MelanieCrissey said was the best app she'd started using last year.

Doesn't seem like Klaus has any close competitors either—have you come across anything else similar?

Jason Fried would be great. Love what they are doing with hey.com. Taking on an established category (email) with huge market leaders

Oliver Reichenstein would be fascinating to interview. I've been a long-time fan of the IA team's work, especially iA Writer. Their blog posts about product decisions are some of the best, too.
