I am not familiar with Yac, but a Slack like tool that allows for chat and calls would work.

Your list looks great! I would add voice collaboration to be able to start a meeting within the doc (vs presenting it to a screenshare tool).

Thanks for the insight! Yes, not finding many, and those in customer support require a fee to enter -- not a fan of pay to play!

I'll use Sprinklr as the example - we use our own software for care and marketing. Are there awards where we can be recognized for the achievements associated with customer care?

On desktop, I have a mix of light and dark mode views. On mobile, I prefer dark mode - I definitely noticed less strain on my eyes too.
