Otter.ai - we transcribe hundreds of hours of meetings and podcasts a month. When I started working with audio, that would been $9-12,000 to get transcribed. Now it’s $80/year
We favor best of breed for ourselves and clients, but are cognizant of the issues that arise with adoption and integration (especially with new solutions).

It didn't scale up as we needed to plan team capacity beyond a week, and dashboarding was limited as well. The app was quite expensive compared to competing solutions.
Monday has been great for getting our team into a task based mindset, it's been an awesome first PM tool.
