How do you weigh it against other internal priorities / road map?

What if you disagree with a customer (cough) about the product? Have you ever changed your opinion based on customer feedback?

I generally prefer light mode but really really like Google Maps which switches between the two based on sunlight - pretty amazing and intuitive.

Interesting...so you don't charge customers at all? Just monetize via their deposits and spending?
