1Password is one of the subscriptions I'd cancel last if I had to because its so useful on a daily basis. The fact that it can handle 2FA and automatically copies an auth code into your clipboard uponโ€ฆ

For freelance work where Iโ€™m only tracking my own time I use Tyme. They recently changed from one time purchase to a subscription model in newer versions, so Iโ€™ll stick with the old version as long asโ€ฆ

As a first inbox Instapaper. When I decide something is worth reading I usually highlight stuff that is then automatically synced into Readwise and thus itโ€™ll resurface in my daily Readwise along bookโ€ฆ

Anything that is actionable and only affects me is going into Things. If thereโ€™s detailed info related to a project or task I add it as links, e.g. to Notion, Bear or Loom.

That is also my approach.

How do you upload to Google Photos? I use their iOS app but donโ€™t like that my phone needs to upload to both services.

But using Google Backup and Sync for Mac just backsโ€ฆ

I've been using Day One for years for journaling. I like the fact to have to my most private thought in a space that is separated from other forms of note-taking. Also it's great that it has E2Eโ€ฆ
