The consultant plan is a good stepping stone into their paid tiers. Day passes are really useful for occasional collaboration.

Streak has been a great lightweight solution. It's not great for funnel reporting so I wouldn't recommend it for sales processes but it works well for managing touch points.

I’ve been using Sheets with Glide to make quick data collection tools. I recently used that combo to create a light CRM for an event. It’s a great combo for lightweight data entry.
