TLDR - buy at the end of the quarter. They have heavy discounts baked into their pricing model that are not hard to get approved, especially EOQ.
We were able to get about 50% off list in a matter of hours by just saying we would sign by the end of day (on/around Sept 29th) if they got to our price point.

It's free—which is very appealing—but is it worth using versus Salesforce or another paid CRM? Was your team able to effectively use it for free without upgrading to HubSpot's paid plans?
