Intercom lets you message where it's most impactful—with in-app chat, automated email messages, and customer support inboxes.
“With Intercom, we’ve seen 30% revenue growth quarter over quarter and now we’re rolling it out across the entire customer lifecycle.”
Intercom's pricing is very flexible. We explained that our use case is different than most saas apps and they were willing to drastically increase our tier of how many contacts we could have. This basically cut our bill nearly in half, from $1500 to $750/month.
Looks like the Intercom free plan is gone—is there any way to still get it free as a startup?
Community-based group chats platforms are growing fast: Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Twitch and more. Communities are the new users. Companies are investing $***$ into community building and engagement. It looks like not many tools out there that help with this new marketing / growth channel. The closest one is social listening, unfortunately, social listening tools don't track community data. Any tools you have explored or are using?
We'd like to try Hibernately to archive inactive users in Intercom. My question is whether it is working really or not.
