**Integrations**: You can integrate about 3000 plus apps free and paid both with your Jira, eg Google Drive, Zendesk etc.
**Project Automation**: Inbuilt Jira app which helps you automate workflows based on your needs. You can set up rules and actions for eg if you want to assign the issue to a particular person when the issue is transitioned into a particular stage.
**Custom Filters**: Jira already has nice default filters to search and find a particular issue faster, but if you want more custom reporting and filter you can always use JQL (Jira Query Language).
