How can I edit the formatting on Google Forms results?

Our counseling team uses a Google form for our student requests. We have the requests with the most recent on top, and we would like to be able to highlight or change the font color of the student's name once we have seen the student BUT it does not work. HELP!

This should be able to be completed with conditional formatting no? Might have to create a dropdown cell with values "Seen" or "Unseen" and base your formatting on the selected answer.
