It costs $99/mo for their base plan, but I'm paying $999/year for me and my contractors. You get the 20% discount by paying annually.

Our team stayed on our older Basecamp 2 plan instead of upgrading to the latest Basecamp, and saved $70/month from their current flat pricing.

$79 per month with all features and unlimited seats.

Now $99 per month. We got this price by upgrading an existing Basecamp 2 account.

They normally price at $99/month but we got an account before pricing changed and are paying just $29/month right now. Seems like this legacy pricing is permanent as long as we don't cancel.

$129 per month.

We've been subscribers since 2013 and I think they only increased pricing once.

$150 for the entire suite of Basecamp. There is no negotiation since we purchase online. Long time customer.

Our team of 12 pays $99/month for unlimited seats.

After getting this deal, we've helped others save from a previous pricing tier where they were paying $378 per month on an old plan.

We were able to keep a $99/month plan for our team of 30+ after talking developing relationship with their team and what big fans we were of their co-founders as businesspeople.

We have an annual contract with basecamp so that leaves us to paying $999/year. Which gives us two months of free service. Before actually having a contract with basecamp we used it for 2 months for free as a trial.

Is their default trial for 2 months?

The default trial is for one month, but you can contact the support and ask for another one month, it's fairly simple to do so.

basecamp was always great in keeping old plans alive:

i am on the "Basecamp For Us" Plan (early adopter since v1)
and pay 29/Month for

  • unlimited projects/users/
  • no "client-features"
  • 100 GB storage limit

and i still have read-only access to plenty of my Basecamp1 and Basecamp2 Projects
