They initially quoted $850 a month but after begging and pleading we got it down to $500 a month.

We were an early customer and got a special rate.

We pay $247/mo for FullStory and have a month to month commitment. We are allowed to have 75k sessions/mo and retain 2 months of history.

We got this price by asking a rep.

$160/mo billed yearly, on the "startup program." Originally we were on the free tier, but hit the cap at 1,000 sessions per month. Normally their pricing starts at ~$800/mo but if you email their support, they'll set you up with the startup program. FullStory is pretty integral to our customer success and product teams, so it was worth the ~$2k/year.
