I wanted to ask about Zapier's culture and how even if a company's culture is very depressing
how a worker could persuade either the boss or manager to consider changing things up a bit.
As I work for a company whose culture is eastern-based and very cut and dry I find myself unhappy with the culture, and I've always admired Zapier's culture and wanted to learn more about it.
