What one thing do you like least about Informatica?

Support can be sometimes difficult, and it feels like they might not know the product as much as they should. It is not surprising to self troubleshoot new issues before Informatica support has a resolution.

The customer service is not as strong as it should be. They take a long time to get back to you, and they aren't super helpful when you do get in touch with them.
