What one thing do you like least about Mixpanel?

That if you want to do customer aggregation/metrics you have to use their “custom” Mixpanel JS. It’s just easier to use SQL in some cases

Poor customer support and feedback communication. I'd like to submit my feedback wherever I want on the panel with a better user experience.

I do not like the pricing or the sales techniques. I had to really negotiate hard to get them to agree to let me pay quarterly.
