I would wait until you have launched and have some early adopters - ideally paid customers. Let them use the product for a while, then run some interviews on these early adopters. The objective of these interviews is to find out what your product is missing, or what features would entice them to upgrade their account - this is what you should build.
You want to define what provides REAL value, i.e. users would be willing to pay more for - because this is what they really need, as opposed to what you think they need.
Even if it's not brand new software that first came out in 2019, what new tools have made you more productive this year?
Do you use any software that you couldn't get help with, or that never could resolve your issues? Did you switch programs, or stick with it despite the poor customer support?
