I would wait until you have launched and have some early adopters - ideally paid customers. Let them use the product for a while, then run some interviews on these early adopters. The objective of these interviews is to find out what your product is missing, or what features would entice them to upgrade their account - this is what you should build.
You want to define what provides REAL value, i.e. users would be willing to pay more for - because this is what they really need, as opposed to what you think they need.
