Am literally working on this now, but I can say for sure we will dropping to the lowest plan on workspace ($6 per user). If I remember correctly we will be dropping down 1 tier.

For us this driven by simplicity and we will actually be driven to a cheaper plan. I attribute that mostly to our small size and limited needs

This is what I have used as well. It’s solid and simple and that’s why I have stayed with it. I’m on iOS so sending the doc to Dropbox or email immediately has been easy.
