TBH, I still prefer Userflow because their approach is fundamentally different. But for those who prefer the way Appcues works, Userpilot is a strong alternative.

Hey @maguay, one can actually do this with Mixpanel if they implement their JS tracker. It certainly doesn't give you any demographic data like GA but it does help understand the user journey better.

I think it's the C920 which comes with a mic and stuff but I don't use the mic.

To reduce echo, I put up faux grass sheets on the walls and that helped a lot!
